Soignants, travailleurs sociaux, universitaires, organis\u00e9s en Groupe Enfance issu du Collectif des 39<\/strong>, se questionnent depuis sept ans sur les soins psychiques apport\u00e9s aux enfants. En France, depuis 2002, une panoplie de lois, de d\u00e9crets, de textes administratifs et r\u00e9glementaires ont compl\u00e8tement modifi\u00e9 le dispositif de sant\u00e9 que nous enviait le monde entier. Au nom d\u2019une soi-disant Science et d\u2019une vraie conception marchande de la sant\u00e9, table rase a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion et d\u2019un savoir centenaires, n\u00e9s sur les d\u00e9combres de la barbarie des guerres mondiales. Ce d\u00e9ni de l\u2019importance de la parole, du langage et de l\u2019histoire de chacun dans le d\u00e9veloppement du \u00ab petit homme \u00bb a impos\u00e9 une conception neuro machinique, r\u00e9gressive, nous ramenant des si\u00e8cles en arri\u00e8re<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans le silence du confinement, les enfants et les adolescents se sont vu imposer des mesures pour prot\u00e9ger la vie. Mais ces mesures de sauvegarde du vivant, qu\u2019ont-elles produit sur les relations humaines\u2009? Au sortir du confinement, les enfants et les adolescents b\u00e2illonn\u00e9s ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 dire leur angoisse et quelque chose de l\u2019\u00e9rosion des relations humaines.
En m\u00eame temps que l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des gestes barri\u00e8res, de la distanciation et des masques, enfants et adolescents perdent le visage et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019autrui. Un autrui secourable\u2009?
Deux ans plus tard, les d\u00e9sespoirs, les d\u00e9pressions, les insomnies, les d\u00e9crochages scolaires, les envies de suicide ont envahi les services de p\u00e9dopsychiatrie.
Au lendemain du premier confinement, les enfants et les adolescents en murmurant derri\u00e8re leur masque alertaient sur le mal que leur faisait la distanciation sociale, l\u2019angoisse de vivre ne faisait que commencer.<\/p>\n

Abstract:
In the silence of the lockdown, children and youth were forced to take measures to protect the life. But what have these measures for the protection of life produced on human relations? As they came out of the lockdown, children and teenagers tried to say their anguish and something about the erosion of human relationships.
With the arrival of barrier gestures, distancing and masks, children and teenagers lose the face and experience of others. Someone else to help?
Two years later, despair, depression, insomnia, school dropouts, and the urge to commit suicide have invaded child psychiatry services.
The day after the first lockdown, children and teenagers whispering behind their masks alerted them to the harm of social distancing, the anguish of living had only just begun.<\/p>\n

Spatial planning is marked in the 20th century by a progressive regulation and standardization of the spatial experience.
