Dans cette perspective, apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9crit les grands principes de ces pratiques, les diff\u00e9rents facteurs qui participent de leur d\u00e9clin sont analys\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit en particulier de la diffusion progressive de l\u2019id\u00e9ologie n\u00e9olib\u00e9rale qui conduit \u00e0 une transformation majeure de l\u2019ensemble du secteur de la sant\u00e9 dont plusieurs exemples illustrent les cons\u00e9quences d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res. D\u2019autres tendances, en particulier le d\u00e9veloppement du num\u00e9rique et de nouveaux courants en psychologie et psychiatrie (coaching, psychologie positive, r\u00e9habilitation, etc.) sont \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9s pour comprendre l\u2019\u00e9volution du champ de la sant\u00e9 mentale. L\u2019\u00e9valuation des psychoth\u00e9rapies psychanalytiques et de la neuropsychanalyse apparaissent cependant comme des facteurs pouvant avoir une influence positive concernant la place des pratiques psychanalytiques. In this regard, after having described the main principles of these therapies, the different factors that contribute to their decline are analysed. In particular, the progressive diffusion of neoliberal ideology leads to a major transformation of the health sector, the deleterious consequences of which are illustrated by several examples. Other trends, in particular the development of digital technology and new currents in psychology and psychiatry (coaching, positive psychology, rehabilitation, etc.) are also mentioned in order to understand the evolution of the mental health practises. The evaluation of psychoanalytic psychotherapy and neuropsychoanalysis appear, however, as factors that may have a positive influence on the place of psychoanalytic practices. These three figures constitute the different parameters of the ideal of hidden potential applied to children. Un d\u00e9tour par Aristophane permet d\u2019analyser le refus de choisir son sexe chez les jeunes \u00ab\u2009a-genre\u2009\u00bb, \u00ab\u2009neutre\u2009\u00bb ou \u00ab\u2009bi genre\u2009\u00bb, en \u00e9vitant l\u2019amalgame avec les \u00ab\u2009transgenres\u2009\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Ainsi, il n\u2019y a pas de m\u00e9dicament pour traiter le \u00ab\u2009refus de choix\u2009\u00bb. Parental, family, cultural, religious, social, it builds the adolescent. The clinic shows us the evolution of the modes of construction of the latter. A detour through Aristophanes allows us to analyse the refusal to choose one\u2019s sex among \u00ab\u00a0a-gender\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0neutral\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0bigendre\u00a0\u00bb young people, avoiding the amalgamation with \u00ab\u00a0transgender\u00a0\u00bb. Thus, there is no medicine to treat \u201cchoice denial\u201d.
