LES TROUBLES DE L’IDENTIT\u00c9 SEXUELLE A L’ADOLESCENCE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Au moment o\u00f9 les questions de genre s’imposent dans le champ social comme scientifique, o\u00f9 la th\u00e9orie du genre et la repr\u00e9sentation d’une fluidit\u00e9 des identit\u00e9s sexu\u00e9es semblent remettre en cause l’id\u00e9e d’un d\u00e9terminisme inconscient au profit du contexte politico-social, au risque de confondre les deux registres comme on confond parfois le manifeste et le latent, il est temps de rappeler que cette question est indissociable des tourments de l’adolescence.<\/p>\n

Qu’en est-il de l’\u00e9volution de repr\u00e9sentations concernant ce que Freud appelait la psycho-sexualit\u00e9 ? Nos approches th\u00e9rapeutiques doivent-elles \u00eatre sensiblement modifi\u00e9es pour mieux entendre la souffrance des adolescents d’aujourd’hui ? \u00c0 l’\u00e8re du digital et des avanc\u00e9es technologiques touchant tant nos pratiques que nos mod\u00e9lisations, il est indispensable d\u2019inventer, de recr\u00e9er, d’imaginer. Understanding youth narrative may require several theorical concept. Based on the training in a gender clinic for child and adolescent, we propose to consider the lighting of French psychanalysis theory about gender assignment and philosophy about narrative identity to promote a better understanding of gender identity construction during the beginning of puberty. Les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019interventions du dispositif ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9es\u2009; \u00e0 ce qu\u2019un \u00e9tablissement scolaire fran\u00e7ais est en mesure d\u2019accueillir dans son organisation quotidienne, \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mobiliser des ressources de personnels, mais surtout aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du fonctionnement psychique \u00e0 l\u2019adolescence. Cet \u00e9crit pr\u00e9sente bri\u00e8vement l\u2019approche en pr\u00e9vention que je d\u00e9veloppe, le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019intervention d\u2019Exp\u00e9riences anim\u00e9es<\/em> et enfin les qualit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques du m\u00e9dium utilis\u00e9 dans ce dispositif de groupe \u00e0 m\u00e9diation.<\/p>\n

      Summary<\/strong>: Drawing on psychoanalytic theories and within the field of group mediation studies, I embarked on the creation of a preventive program that I named \u2018Animated Experiences.\u2019 I developed it following psychotherapeutic practice in addiction treatment. It emerged from clinical inquiries and a dissatisfaction with current practices in preventing addictive behaviors in school environments. It represents a novel proposition. The intervention methods of the program have been tailored to what a French school establishment can accommodate within its daily organization, its ability to mobilize personnel resources, but above all, to the specific functioning of the adolescent psyche. This writing briefly presents the prevention approach I am developing, the general framework of intervention for \u2018Animated Experiences,\u2019 and finally, the specific qualities of the medium used in this group mediation program.<\/p>\n
